Esquaria LLC, based in Austin, Texas, operates GetSpiffy.ai, Build With AI: Austin, and atxworkshops.com. In this policy, “GetSpiffy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Esquaria LLC doing business as GetSpiffy.ai. You can contact us at hello@getspiffy.ai.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you register or contact us, we may receive:

• Your name and email address.
• Your selected workshop date and project lane.
• The project summary you submit before checkout.
• Your messages, refund requests, transfer requests, and support inquiries.
• Your email address if you ask to be notified when Level 300 (AI Workflows and Agents) enrollment opens.

Do not include passwords, API keys, private customer records, medical or financial information, regulated data, or other confidential information in your project summary or workshop materials.

Payment information

Stripe processes workshop payments and may collect your payment method, billing details, name, email address, and transaction information. We receive transaction and registration details from Stripe, but we do not receive your complete card number. Stripe handles information under its own privacy policy.

Technical and usage information

Our hosting and analytics provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as device and browser details, pages visited, approximate location, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We use this information to operate, secure, and understand the website.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage workshop registrations.
• Confirm seat availability and process payments or refunds.
• Prepare the workshop around the needs of the registered group.
• Send logistics, office-hour links, service messages, and support replies.
• Send Level 300 launch updates and occasional ATX Workshops news to people who request them.
• Prevent fraud, protect the website, and troubleshoot errors.
• Understand site performance and improve the workshop experience.
• Maintain records and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not use a project summary as permission to publish your idea or disclose it to other attendees. Group participation may still reveal information you choose to share during the workshop, so use sample data and exercise judgment.

4. When we share information

We may share information with:

• Stripe, for checkout, payment processing, receipts, fraud prevention, and refunds.
• Vercel, for website hosting, analytics, reliability, and security.
• Buttondown, our email provider, to send Level 300 launch updates to people who request them. Buttondown stores the email address, subscription status, and signup attribution, and may process the signup IP address and approximate location for spam prevention. It handles confirmation and unsubscribe under its own privacy practices.
• Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or address fraud and security concerns.
• A successor organization if the workshop business is sold or reorganized, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We keep registration, payment, and communication records only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the workshop, handle support and disputes, maintain security, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Stripe and Vercel maintain information according to their own retention practices.

Level 300 notification email addresses are kept while you are subscribed and may be retained afterward as reasonably necessary to honor opt-outs, handle requests, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

6. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information that we control by emailing hello@getspiffy.ai. We may need to verify your request. We may retain information when required for transactions, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or other legal obligations.

Service messages about a purchase, schedule, refund, safety issue, or material change are part of delivering the workshop and are not promotional messages.

Level 300 launch updates and occasional ATX Workshops news are promotional messages. Buttondown uses double opt-in for new subscriptions. If confirmation is needed, you are subscribed only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any update, or by contacting us, and we will honor opt-out requests promptly.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to registration information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment card data is entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout rather than on our website. ChatGPT, Claude, and other third-party tools used during the workshop operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Information you submit directly to those services is governed by their policies, not this policy.

8. Adults only

The workshop is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the workshop or its service providers change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting registered attendees will be communicated when reasonably necessary.
